		<description>Aww, you caught me!  I actually was going to leave this post as just a mea culpa with the first two paragraphs, but then I realized it was a teaching opportunity, so I took it.  Like an agile team, once I exposed the problem and came up with a solution I feel much better!

Be transparent, come up with a solution, follow-through.  Pretty simple, but sometimes hard to do.</description>
