Our Agile Startup Package combines training and coaching for teams looking to quickly achieve success in Agile adoption. You’ll start with our Agile For Teams course, followed by 6 days of coaching spread over 2 to 3 visits. We’ll also be available for phone check points to provide additional guidance as needed.
Agile For Teams
Our Agile for Teams course introduces the principles, practices, and techniques many successful teams use to get the most out of their Agile processes. Coaching
Coaching is essential for teams to put new practice to work. We’ll help your team bridge the gap between knowledge and experience by providing guidance as general principles from training are applied to specific situations.
