Advanced Agility

A custom course (1-3 days) designed to help organizations in specific areas of improvement. An agile assessment (see the “OUR SERVICES” page) must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to holding this course. For this course, Agile For All works closely with the client to create an outline addressing areas of weakness in order to improve the overall agile process. Organizations should have used an agile process for at least one year prior to considering this course.

Intended Audience:

Either teams or managers of organizations that have been successfully using an agile process for at least one year. Course length depends upon result of an organizational agile assessment.

Use of an agile process for at least one year. Successful completion of an agile assessment. See OUR SERVICES page for details.

This is a custom designed course based upon results of an organization assessment. Specific learning objectives depend upon the assessment. The overall goal is to help successful teams reach a higher level of success.

Description:

Because this particular course is a custom creation based on the results of an organizational assessment (see OUR SERVICES page for more on assessments) there is no single description that will suffice. In general, through classroom teaching and group exercises teams will gain insight into their areas of weakness and have ways to address those weaknesses. A portion of the course is devoted to creating a plan for addressing the areas of weakness after the course is completed.
