Description:
This Power Agile™ course is designed to give developers practice using agile estimation and planning techniques. These techniques are generally very different from what developers are used to using. The various techniques are not only described in detail, but the attendees practice using them throughout the course.
When presented as an on-site course the practice is done using actual team project requirements. The end result in this case is not only practice using new methods, but actual work product that can be used to start or continue with their project.
