A 2-day course specifically for managers within software development organizations consisting of multiple teams. This course extends team-based agility across multiple teams, multiple processes and multiple locations. The course covers the entire product development process from concept to deployment, not just the software development and testing phases. This course is only given as an on-site course for clients that have successfully completed an enterprise agile assessment (see “OUR SERVICES” page for assessment details).

Description:
Scaling agile processes to enterprise levels is one of the toughest problems larger organizations will face. This course is designed to give managers, directors and executives the tools they will need to scale their processes successfully. The course centers on principles rather than practices (although a few generally accepted practices are examined). A significant portion of class time is then devoted to working in groups on ways to apply the principles to the specific situations within the organization.
The course is customized to account for the results of an assessment (see OUR SERVICES page for assessment details). This enables the instructor to focus on areas of weakness rather than taking the shotgun approach generally used for courses of this type.
