Nothing can replace the satisfaction of learning new skills by actually performing those skills in a safe environment. This Power Agile™ immersion has been built specifically to allow project managers to gain experience in a safe environment. The immersion also gives insight into the world of being an agile project manager/scrum master versus the stereotype of a traditional project manager.

Each attendee becomes part of a team working on an agile project over the course of a release. Just like real projects things change. There are successes and failures along the way. Attendees take turns playing different roles. Each learns from the others and receives feedback from their peers on areas of success and areas in need of improvement.

The immersion gives practical knowledge and skills to the attendees. It also creates friendships and support networks which can be utilized in the future. Learning from each other encourages each person to pay attention to the entire workshop. This results in increased learning as well as helping each attendee understand how they can best help their teams be successful.
