We refuse to use a cookie-cutter model Every organization is different, therefore the approach to agile adoption needs to be different for each organization. Using a cookie-cutter approach may deliver value, but it does not deliver exceptional value. We are devoted to delivering the best possible solutions, not just solutions that are easy for us to deliver! |

We work closely with each client By working closely with each client we can create optimal solutions. Agile is based on getting early and frequent feedback from the customer. We believe the same should be true when working with our clients on their specific solutions. We often use an assessment of the organization to help us determine the areas of deepest need. This allows each client to specifically target their budget dollars for maximum impact. |

We create complete solutions for maximum benefit Solutions that include assessment, training and follow-up coaching have proven to be most effective for agile transitions. The best solutions are the ones customized to target areas of need, deliver quality training in those areas, and use follow-up coaching in order to continously improve individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. We are not opposed to simple solutions when they are the right solution, but those circumstances are extremely rare. |

Whats and whys before hows We always teach not only how to do agile, but the whats and whys that drive agile success. We believe that when people know WHY they are doing something they tend to do it better. |

Logic-based incremental approach It is important to have each module in training or each stage in a coaching engagement build upon earlier modules and stages. We spend a great deal of time ensuring that all of our work builds incremental knowledge in a fashion which is easily grasped. |

Experiential exercises As often as possible each training course uses experiential exercises that allow attendees to actually utilize the skills they are learning. Each exercise is designed to be fun and engaging while also enabling maximum knowledge retention by course attendees. |

Discussions that are reality-based and blunt We believe that discussions based on reality rather than sugar coated theories expose real problems, enabling real solutions. By being blunt we make it clear doing nothing should not be an option. |
